Originally from Bristol, I moved to Hampshire 20 years ago. I have been running my own business's in Childcare for 10 years. Working in childcare I know how important Coffee is :). I've always loved working for myself, and have always had a deep passion to open my own Café one day.
Me and Nick got together in November 2021, my outlook on life changed, I realised that happiness was everything, and life is too short to not live your dreams.
We both talked constantly about the possibilities of owning a mobile café, and this is where Coffee Evolution comes in. This has now given us the perfect work life balance, and it no longer feels like a job.
As Nick mentions in his Bio - Our business is formed on Love. Our Love for Coffee, Our love to make people happy, and the love to express the creative side of people.
